About Me

I’ve spent over a decade with the incredible privilege of creating unforgettable experiences for patrons across Africa – from international festivals and youth games to corporate summits, creative productions, and advocacy platforms.

My journey has taken me from billboards as a child model to global stages as a speaker and event leader. Along the way, I’ve been a part of teams which collaborated with governments, global brands, creatives, and changemakers to produce events that are not only memorable – but meaningful and safe.

  • Speaking & Moderation → Powerful conversations on leadership, allyship, women in events, and African creativity
  • Event Production & Management → From concept to execution for high-profile, large-scale events.
  • Media & Communications → PR, media strategy, and storytelling for brands and talent.
  • Event Safety → Ensuring compliance, preparedness, and safe event experiences.

With more than a decade of experience in event management, media production, and stakeholder relations, her work has taken her across Africa, producing high-profile events such as the Africa Youth Games, DeBeers Diamond Conference, Forbes Under 30 Africa Summit, and Red Bull Dance Your Style Botswana for her country

With a background in public relations, communications, and media, Tebatso brings a unique blend of creativity, structure, and leadership to every project. Her career has been about building bridges—between people, industries, and countries—while ensuring that every event she touch is both impactful and safe.

Her journey has taken her to Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia, and South Africa, where she studied and worked in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Along the way, she has been mentored by executives, coaches, and industry leaders from Africa, the United States, Canada, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

As a speaker and moderator, Tebatso has shared her voice at the Festival of Eventing ZA, where she hosted a conversation on equity, allyship, and leadership, and later joined the Ignite and Inspire: Rising Together panel, sharing candid insights on women’s leadership in the events and MICE industry.
