Tebatso worked for News company Botswana as a Producer and Production Manager producing and managing Television Commercials, Music Videos, Documentaries, events, and promotions, Magazine covers for a lifestyle glossy magazine called Lapologa and marketing a weekly Newspaper called the Botswana Gazette. Later promoted to Senior Producer and Production Manager at News Company Botswana, Tebatso oversaw:
Television Commercials
They produced commercials for a variety of prominent organizations: • Brand Botswana: The official custodian of the Botswana country brand. • Botswana Post: One of the country's oldest public services. • Be-Mobile: Also known as Botswana Telecommunications Corporation, a telecommunications parastatal. • Local Enterprise Authority (LEA): A parastatal mandated to promote and develop SMMEs. • Botswana Tertiary Authority (BOTA) as well • Metropolitan Insurance.
Documentaries
They produced documentaries for the Local Enterprise Authority (LEA), showcasing various initiatives and success stories. Music Videos She also managed the production of music videos for several artists: • Zeus: For tracks like "Outta My Mind" and "Dancing Shoes." • DJ Kuchi: Featuring collaborations such as "DJ Kuchi Ft RJ Benjamin." This experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of media production, from conceptualization to execution, enhancing her ability to deliver high-quality media content across various platforms.

In addition, Tebatso proposed and successfully established the marketing department at News Company while she was there. She developed comprehensive marketing communication strategies, including: • Sponsorship • Internal communications strategy • Social media, and • Media relations. By building strong relationships with television and radio stations, she enhanced the company's branding and marketing efforts. She coordinated and managed all team members involved in marketing activities, brand activations, sponsorships, trade exchanges, and events for the Publications.
She also expertly managed events and promotions across various platforms, including: • Social media • Activations • Radio, and • Television She played a crucial role in the business development and the production of media products, overseeing a team of six production members. Her leadership ensured the seamless execution of projects in collaboration with major advertising agencies such as Horizon Ogilvy, Dialogue Saatchi & Saatchi, and Hotwire PRC, producing high-quality work for their clients.
